This set adjusts from 3-24 lbs in 3 lb increments (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24 lbs) in each hand. This set has a maximum weight of 24 lbs per hand and cannot be made heavier than the 24 lb maximum weight per hand. It replaces 8 pair or 16 fixed dumbbells that would have a combined weight of 216 lbs. (Shown with optional SportBlock Stand.)

This stand is specifically for the SportBlock 24X3. It has a foot print of 18" x 22" and a height of 24". It provides a convenient, attractive storage/racking system for your SportBlocks®.

Personal PowerBlock® Set (5 - 45 lbs x 5 lbs)

This set adjusts from 5-45 lbs in 5 lb increments (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 lbs) in each hand. This set has a maximum weight of 45 lbs per hand and can be expanded up to 60 lbs per hand with the optional Personal Plus Handle Set. It replaces 9 pair or 18 fixed dumbbells that would have a combined weight of 450 lbs. (Shown on optional Personal Stand) Also available optional Personal Set Bar to allow barbell exercises with your Personal Set.

Personal Trainer Set (2.5 - 50 lbs)

The Personal Trainer Set is a hybrid set utilizing the weight stack from the Personal Set and the handles of the Elite Set. The Personal Trainer Set allows the user to achieve every 2.5 lb jump within the weight range of 2.5-50 lbs per dumbbell. The Personal Trainer Set is not expandable. The Personal Trainer Set would use the Elite/Pro Stand (optional).

Pro Stand

This stand can be used with either the Elite Sets, Personal Trainer Sets or Pro Rexan or Aluminum sets. It can hold weights up to 130 lbs in each hand. The stand has 4 storage positions down the center for the 2.5 lb chrome adder weights. It comes with the color coded weight selection chart for Elite/Pro set. It has a foot print of 18" x 22" and a height of 28". Also available in silver.

Travel bench

The travel bench has a detain pin that -- when removed from each leg -- allows the legs to be folded for storage or travel purposes. The bench also has a built-in shoulder strap which allows the bench to be easily carried. It is constructed of the same 14 Ga. 2" x 3" steel tubing as the pro 2 x 3 multi bench.

This bench is made of 2" x 3" 14 Ga. tubing and has cushions constructed of 3/4" - 7 ply plywood with self-skinned foam construction. These are the most durable and attractive cushions available. The bench has no removable parts to lose or misplace and can be adjusted from the seated position. It adjusts from flat (0 degrees) to 30, 45, 60 degrees and also military position. The bench comes fully assembled with only one bolt to adjust before use.
