tough rubber shell that is equipped with an easy to grip surface. The
VTX slam ball is designed to withstand throwing against a hard surface with force to develop power, strength, and speed. Using Slam Ball exercises you can work your shoulders, triceps, abdominal, quads, glutes, calves and back. Slam Balls will add a new dimension to your workout.
