RETURNS - You must contact Customer Service for an RA number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. You may return a product within 30 days of receiving the product. Product must be unused and Must be returned in original packaging. Returns will not be refunded shipping costs and it is the customers responsibility to provide and pay for return shipping. ALL Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that have shipped prior to a cancellation request will not be refunded shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Items must be shipped back in original packing material, pallet, and boxes. Returned items will be inspected and if deemed used, damaged, or no longer in new condition will not be refunded.

Returns are not accepted and do not apply to Special Orders, Custom Orders, or Made to Order items. Special Orders, Custom Orders, or Made to Order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order/item has started production. Replacement of item is allowed if it is the wrong item is sent or manufacturer defect. Item defect will be replaced at manufacturer discretion. Clear pictures must be emailed showing the possible defects.

Ivanko, Iron Grip, and Hampton products are not returnable once shipped. If there is a manufacturer defect, which will be determined by Ivanko, Iron Grip, or Hampton, replacement items will be sent. Tooling marks on Olympic or Regular bars are not considered manufacturer defects. Once the order leaves the warehouse it is not returnable for those manufacturers. Clear, large pictures must be emailed to us showing the possible defects. You may be asked to provide additional pictures to help with the process. We will not be able to help fix the issue without proper pictures.
