Small orders ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Freight: Large Items, Plate & Dumbbell Packages ship by Freight Carrier.
Freight Delivery is:
- Dock to Dock - Commercial (If Dock is available).
- Curbside Delivery - Residential or No Dock.
- Lift Gate option is an additional cost.
- Lift Gate option does not cover multiple or separate shipments.
- Signature is Required for Freight Deliveries.
- Delivery Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
- Freight - 24 Hour Pre Delivery Phone Call & Appointment Set Up.
FOR FREIGHT DELIVERY - IF THERE ARE ANY FREIGHT ISSUES PICTURES MUST BE TAKEN SHOWING ANY DAMAGE HOW THE FREIGHT ARRIVED.
A daytime contact phone number is required for all orders. Orders will not start processing without a contact phone number. For orders that ship by freight carrier - the freight carrier must be able to contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
All orders placed outside the contiguous United States requires Freight Forwarder and any additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any order, within the USA that has to be loaded onto a barge/boat will accrue additional charges that the customer must pay for.

How items are shipped and by which carrier is at our discretion. No exceptions.
"Made to Order" Items usually leave the warehouse in 8 to 12 weeks but that is subject to change depending on how many orders are ahead of you.
Freight Carrier shipments are "Curbside, Street Delivery" service only (Unless Clearly Stated on the Item Page). Delivery location is at Driver's discretion. If your delivery address is located in an area that the driver cannot safely bring the truck into you will be required to meet the driver at a location that the driver can safely get the truck into and out of. Delivery is Monday through Friday during business hours. In these instances, the truck line will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is the customer's responsibility to unload and bring it in the house. Lift Gate Service is available for additional cost. Lift gate means the freight carrier will remove the order from the truck and place on the ground at curbside/street. It is the customers responsibility to bring into the home.
You must be present and sign for the delivery. Please inspect your order when it arrives and note on the Bill of Lading any damaged or missing items. If it is not written down as missing then we cannot file a claim with the freight carrier. If missing items are not written on the Bill of Lading then you are indicating that you received full shipment. If you miss a scheduled appointment with the freight carrier you will be charged a re-delivery fee. If you do not schedule a delivery appointment storage charges from the freight carrier will occur. We do not cover re-delivery or storage fees and these fees will have to be paid by the purchaser before the freight carrier will deliver. If you do not pay the storage fees and we have to bring the shipment back we will not refund the storage fees. If the freight carrier is unable to contact you with the phone number you provided and we have to bring the shipment back we will not refund shipping costs to you or back to us. Any storage fees will not be refundable. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee.
Inspection will be made by you, the Buyer, at the time and place of delivery. Any discrepancies must communicated vie email to sales@dumbbellbuddy.com within 10 days of receiving the goods/shipment. The Buyer’s failure to give notice of any claim within 10 days from the date of delivery will constitute a waiver by the Buyer of all claims with respect to the Goods.
For FedEx, UPS and Freight Delivery: Please inspect your order when it arrives and note on the Bill of Lading any damaged or missing items. If it is not written down as damaged or missing then we cannot file a claim with the freight carrier. If missing items are not written on the Bill of Lading then you are indicating that you received full shipment.
We recognize that most people want to know “total cost” to buy something when it's selected, therefore DumbbellBuddy.com offers Shipping Included on most items. Items with Shipping Included will have “ Shipping Included ” noted on the product page. Since shipping is included, these items when purchased will have no additional shipping or handling charges added at time of checkout. This applies to standard ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Items that are shipped outside the contiguous U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska or any place that the order has to ship by ferry/barge ect. will incur additional shipping charges that you the customer will be responsible for.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ & FOLLOW BEFORE RECEIVING ANY MIRROR SHIPMENT
1. Inspect outside of all cartons for damage (tears, holes,
footprints, abrasion marks, etc.) while driver waits (they are required
to do so). You Must Inspect and Mark on
the Bill of Lading ANY Damage. Make sure the driver acknowledges any damage you find, and then note any type of damage on the Bill of Lading. If
you do not inspect your mirrors and note any damage before the trucker
leaves, the mirrors will Not be replaced or refunded.

Before opening mirror box, please check the condition on each box. If
the box is excessively dirty or scuffed, please be sure to make a
notation on the Bill Of Lading and describe any box damage you notice to
help with a concealed damage claim. (A digital camera works great.)

Please remove mirror from box carefully, peel the protective plastic
cover of the mirror face, and inspect the mirror surface for any signs
of damage.

If damaged, please note the number of units damaged on the delivery
driver’s paperwork, sign, and keep your copy. Keep damaged merchandise
in its original shipping box. DO NOT REFUSE IT OR ALLOW THE DRIVER TO TAKE A DAMAGED MIRROR OR BOX, as it will slow down the claim process.
Shipping, handling time, and in transit time, is a generalization. We expect all orders to ship in a timely manner as we state on the website but orders can take longer to process and ship due to any number of factors. Warehouse backed up, Holidays, bad weather, or any act of god, ect. can slow down the process. If you cancel the order after it ships we will not refund shipping charges and there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. Ivanko, Hampton, and Iron Grip cannot be cancelled and returned once it ships.
Shipping to another country - You will be responsible for contacting a freight forwarder to arrange shipping outside the US. We do this so you will know exactly how much additional shipping will be and handle the cost directly with the Freight Forwarder. Any warranty issues will only be shipped to the original USA address freight forwarder and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
