Q: Do you offer Financing?
A: Yes. We offer Financing through Shopify.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship Directly from the Manufacturers. So our products are being shipped from warehouses located across the country.
 
Q: Can we pick up the Items we purchased?
A: Some manufacturers allow pick ups - some do not. Please contact us for the information regarding the specific product.

Q: Are you an Authorized Dealer?
A: Yes, We are an Authorized Dealer of all the products we list on our website.

Q: Are the products new or refurbished?
A: All items are new, unless it clearly states that the item is refurbished in the item description.

Q: Do you ship world wide?
A: Orders that are leaving the USA require a Freight Forwarder. Please contact us so we can work on a quote for you.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Only if you live in Florida or Nevada - For now - but that can change at any time.

Q: Does DumbbellBuddy.com handle warranty issues?
A: The Manufacturer / Importer bear all warranty responsibility. We will help in the process but all Warranty Issues and Decisions are handled by the Manufacturers / Importers. If a product Manufacturer, Brand, or product Manufacturer/Importer is no longer in business then all warranties are Null and Void.
