Refund policy

We offer a 30-day Return Policy for your peace of mind. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided the item is in new, unused, original condition and packaging. Please contact us with your order number and we will provide instructions on how to process the return.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please note you the customer are responsible for return shipping costs of the item or items. Once the item(s) arrives at the warehouse it will be inspected and we will refund accordingly.

In order to receive a refund the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in New condition and must not show any visible signs of wear and contain all original packaging and accessories. If item(s) are returned missing parts, with visual signs of wear, or have any issues due to use, the item(s) will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

TKO Products that have been unboxed, installed, used, modified, or assembled are not returnable.

Custom, Made to Order, Clearance, Closeout, Scratch and Dent or Discontinued Sale Items are not returnable.

Iron Grip products, Ivanko, and the Troy Pro Style Plated Dumbbells and Barbells are not returnable. If there is a manufacturing defect, which will be determined by the manufacturer, then replacement items will be sent.

Cancellations before an item ships will be refunded in full.

Made to Order and Custom products cannot be cancelled once into production and are not returnable.
