The Body-Solid GVLP Vertical Leg Press delivers powerful lower-body work in a compact, back-friendly design. Lie flat, press the load straight up over your hips, and target quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves while keeping stress off the shoulders and lower back. The near-vertical path gives you a true 1:1 resistance ratio - what you load is what you feel - so you build strength efficiently without stacking excessive plates.

The Body-Solid GVLP Vertical Leg Press is a powerhouse leg press machine that precisely targets the quads, calves, glutes, and hamstrings, all while offering a uniquely space-saving design.

Unlike traditional leg presses, the GVLP lets users lie on their back and lift the weight directly above their hips. This innovative positioning minimizes stress on the shoulders and back, ensuring a safer and more comfortable workout.
