Build a stronger, wider, more defined back with one seamless dual-function station.
The Body-Solid DLATSF ProDual Lat & Mid Row Machine combines a high-pulley lat pulldown and a seated mid-row in a single, commercial-grade unit. A high pulley positioned directly overhead delivers optimum back and shoulder isolation, while the extra-long lat bar supports wide, medium, and narrow grip variations for complete lat development. The no-cable-change design lets you move instantly between vertical pulldowns and horizontal rows - no swapping cables, no interruptions.
