The Body-Solid ProDual Pec Rear Delt Machine combines precision chest fly and rear deltoid training in a single, space-efficient frame. Dual overhead variable-resistance cams and independently articulating arms let you train unilaterally or bilaterally, so you can correct imbalances, increase range of motion, and hit the pecs and rear delts from the exact angles your body needs.
