The Smith is compatible with 2” Olympic style plates only.

Featuring a fully adjustable Smith safety system, the GS348B allows users to lift heavy weights without requiring a spotter. The linear ball-bearing Smith system has 20 cross-member lockout points for secure stops during workouts.

The large diameter Smith bar provides effortless control and can lock out at 20 different positions, ensuring safety when lifting heavy weights. The machine also includes an adjustable safety catch for added security.

For those who prefer a free-weight barbell experience, the GS348B Smith Machine features a free-weight gun rack system with 14 lift-off and racking positions and 17" safety spotter arms.

Additionally, Six Olympic weight plate storage posts are included for convenient access to weights and safe suspension off the floor, while a single bar holder stores a free-weight Olympic barbell when not in use.
