The Powerline by Body-Solid PSM200P4 Smith Machine Package is perfect for users looking to take their home gyms to the next level.  The PSM200 Smith Machine offers the ultimate versatility and can be used as a free-weight half rack and a Smith Machine in one product. Set to a 7-degree reverse pitch, the PSM200 allows natural upper and lower body movements with biomechanically correct lifting paths.
 
The PSM200 smith bar provides the ultimate safety and security with safety catches, helping prevent injuries during failed reps and allowing users to lift heavy weights even without a spotter.  Featuring 12 lockout points, users can lock the bar with a simple rotation during any part of the motion. The high-impact nylon bushings provide frictionless action on the chrome-plated guide rods. Perform a wide variety of movements on this machine, including presses, squats, lunges, rows, and so much more. 
 
For traditional barbell workouts, the Powerline by Body-Solid PSM200 Smith Machine features two composite lined j-cups and two 13" safety spotter arms. The PFI150 is an ideal tool for numerous bench-based dumbbell and barbell exercises including bench press, dumbbell row, shoulder press, incline press, skull-crushers, biceps curls and many more.
