The Body-Solid Series 2 S2ACD Weight-Assisted Chin Dip Machine helps users perform dips, chin-ups, and pull-ups more easily and effectively by counterbalancing body weight. This means users can enjoy a safe, effective, and efficient workout, regardless of their current fitness level.

The S2ACD Weight-Assisted Chin Dip Machine features a 235 lb. weight stack, enabling users to customize the counterbalance according to their needs and fitness level. For advanced users, the weight-assisted knee pad can be disengaged for unassisted body-weight exercises.

This machine comes with several versatile grip options, including two wide grips that offer both neutral and traditional positions for varied back exercises. Additionally, the S2ACD features a close-grip chin-up bar that folds away when not in use, and it also provides both neutral and traditional hand-grip positions. Lastly, the S2ACD features rock climbing grips, perfect for enhancing and challenging grip strength.

The Body-Solid S2ACD features an exceptionally user-friendly design, thanks to dip handles that flip out of the way, providing ample space for pull-up exercises. It also includes stair steps for easy and safe access to the machine, as well as a machine-defined path of motion, ensuring that even beginners can perform exercises correctly and safely.
