The Body-Solid Pro ClubLine SLM300B combines a high-pulley lat pulldown and a seated mid-row into a single, space-efficient frame. Move instantly from overhead pulls to horizontal rows so you can target lats, rhomboids, traps, and rear delts in one continuous flow. A high overhead pulley provides optimal alignment for complete back and shoulder isolation, while the pulldown bar supports wide, medium, or narrow grips for multi-angle development.
