The Iron Grip OB-5 is a compact, USA-made 5-foot Olympic power barbell designed for strength training, particularly in space-constrained environments like home gyms, garages, or functional training areas. It's built for durability and performance, making it suitable for exercises such as bench presses, deadlifts, and squats where a full-length 7-foot bar might be impractical.

Heat-treated, turned, ground, and polished steel, developed specifically for use in Olympic bars.

Machined steel sleeves with exceptionally slick, product-specific bushings.

Integrated collars are attached to the bar using our proprietary design, to ensure maximum durability. Iron Grip Olympic Bars feature our distinctive 12-sided collar (3.46" diameter, point to point.)

The Hard Chrome finish is extremely abrasion-resistant, and will not chip, flake, or peel.

The Iron Grip OB-5 has a comfortable, medium diamond knurl.
