The Iron Grip OB-7 is a 7-foot (Total 86.61-inch) Olympic Power Bar manufactured in the USA by Iron Grip, a leading provider of commercial free weight equipment. It's designed for heavy compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, with a focus on durability and low maintenance.

Heat-treated, turned, ground, and polished steel, developed specifically for use in Olympic bars.

Machined steel sleeves with exceptionally slick, product-specific bushings.

Integrated collars are attached to the bar using our proprietary design, to ensure maximum durability. Iron Grip Olympic Bars feature our distinctive 12-sided collar (3.46" diameter, point to point.)

The Hard Chrome finish is extremely abrasion-resistant, and will not chip, flake, or peel.

The Iron Grip OB-7 has a comfortable, medium diamond knurl with Center Knurling.
