The Iron Grip OB-EZ is a high-quality, American-made Olympic curl bar designed for commercial and home gym use. It's part of Iron Grip's lineup of free weight equipment, known for durability and precision manufacturing. This bar is specifically engineered for exercises like bicep curls, tricep extensions, and skull crushers, with a cambered (EZ) design that reduces wrist strain compared to straight bars.

The oversized 54-inch Iron Grip EZ-Curl bar fits all racks, stands, and curl benches.

Heat-treated, turned, ground, and polished steel, developed specifically for use in Olympic bars.

Machined steel sleeves with exceptionally slick, product-specific bushings.

Integrated collars are attached to the bar using our proprietary design, to ensure maximum durability. Iron Grip Olympic Bars feature our distinctive 12-sided collar (3.46" diameter, point to point.)

The Hard Chrome finish is extremely abrasion-resistant, and will not chip, flake, or peel.

The Iron Grip OB-EZ has a comfortable, medium diamond knurl.
