The TKO 706SR Signature Unilateral Diverging Seated Row is a commercial-grade, plate-loaded strength machine designed for targeted back training. It features independent (unilateral/iso-lateral) movement arms with a diverging pulling path. This design allows each arm to move separately and follow a natural, outward-angling trajectory, which increases the range of motion and helps engage the back muscles (lats, rhomboids, traps, rear delts, and more) more effectively from top to bottom compared to fixed-path machines. It mimics aspects of free-weight rows (like dumbbell rows) while providing stability and control.
