Wall balls are a staple in functional fitness, CrossFit, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, emphasizing explosive power, endurance, and coordination. They are primarily used for the "wall ball" exercise but are versatile for other movements.

These are Not Slam Balls - Slamming them will void the warranty.

 

Wall Ball Exercise (Primary Use):

The classic wall ball exercise involves holding the ball at chest level, performing a deep squat, then explosively standing and throwing the ball to a target (typically 8–10 feet high on a wall). Catch the ball on its descent, immediately squat again, and repeat. This full-body movement targets the quads, glutes, hamstrings, core, shoulders, and triceps while boosting cardiovascular endurance.
Common in CrossFit workouts, often performed for high reps (e.g., 10–20 reps in a set)

 

Strength and Power Training:
